Refunds & Returns Policy
At Skeena Specialty Grocers, we strive to provide you with the best service possible. If you need to make any changes to your order or wish to cancel it, we kindly ask that you reach out to us at info@skeenaspecialtygrocers.ca within one hour of placing your order. We appreciate your understanding that our customer service team will be unable to accommodate changes after this timeframe.
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to the consumable and perishable nature of most of our products, as well as our commitment to the health and safety of our customers and staff. If you experience any issues with your order after receiving it, please reach out to us at info@skeenaspecialtygrocers.ca within 48 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to assist you.
If your order is returned to us by the shipping company due to inability to deliver and the package(s) still sealed, Skeena Specialty Grocers at its own discretion will decide if a partial refund is applicable after calculating all shipping expenses related to the original shipping label(s) and return label(s). If your order is returned by the shipping company and the package(s) not sealed anymore, no refund will be provided. In all cases where a package is returned, Skeena Specialty Grocers is under no obligation to refund any amount.
